Accessibility statement.

Our commitment

X18 Global aims for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and to Israeli Standard IS 5568, which adopts those guidelines, in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Services) Regulations, 5773-2013.

Status: partially conformant. We have fixed the issues found in our most recent review (October 2026) and are working on the known limitations listed below. We have not yet had the site certified by an external auditor.

What we've done

• Keyboard access: every link, button and form field can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• A "Skip to main content" link on every page, and pages structured with landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and headings.
• The mobile menu announces whether it is open, and closes with the Esc key.
• Text and interface colours adjusted to a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for body text.
• Every form field has a visible text label; form errors are announced to screen readers.
• Background videos have a pause button, never play sound, and are replaced by a still image when your device asks for reduced motion. On phones we show a still image instead of the hero video.
• Animations respect the "reduce motion" setting of your operating system.
• Layouts adapt to small screens (checked at 360px wide) without horizontal scrolling.
• Pages declare their language (English) so screen readers pronounce them correctly.

Known limitations

• Booking a call opens Cal.com, a third-party service. Its accessibility is managed by Cal.com, not by us. If you can't use it, email us and we'll arrange a time directly.
• Our hosting provider adds its own analytics scripts to the site. They have no visible interface, but we don't control their code.
• Background videos are decorative and silent, so they have no captions or audio description.
• Some older guide and news articles may contain images whose text alternatives are brief, or complex diagrams without a full text description. We are reviewing them.
• The internal deal-flow tool at /exit/deals is for X18 staff only and has not been fully audited.

Tested with

Automated checks with axe-core and keyboard-only navigation in a Chromium-based browser, at desktop and mobile screen sizes.
