Privacy, plainly.

What we collect on this site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Last updated: 26 October 2026.

Who we are

X18 Global ("X18", "we", "us") builds AI systems, automation pipelines, and growth infrastructure for enterprise teams. We operate from Melbourne, Australia and Tel Aviv, Israel, and work with clients globally. This policy explains what we collect on x18global.com, where it goes, and how we handle it.

What we collect

Contact form: when you send a message on our contact page we receive your name, email address, company (optional) and your message. The form sends these details to a contact service we operate, hosted by Vercel, so they reach our team. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry.

Bookings: if you book a call, the booking runs on Cal.com, which processes the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.

Email: if you email us at leeor@x18global.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 collects information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, approximate location, and how you arrived at the site.

Hosting analytics: the site is hosted on Lovable, which adds its own analytics scripts to every page (served from this domain, e.g. /~flock.js). These record page visits and technical data such as pages viewed, referrer, browser and device details, and page performance, and may use browser storage. They run as part of the hosting service and are not controlled by our cookie banner.

Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries, scope and deliver engagements, understand which content is useful, and improve the site and our services. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (analytics), steps you ask us to take before a contract (enquiries and bookings), and our legitimate interest in running and securing the site.

Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics cookies are off by default. We use Google Consent Mode: until you click "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner, Google Analytics sets no cookies. If you accept, it sets its _ga cookies; you can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage (x18_consent).

Our content-delivery network, Cloudflare, may set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm) to tell people from bots. It is strictly necessary for the site to work and is not used for analytics or advertising.

Analytics data may be processed on servers outside Australia and Israel, including in the United States. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or block cookies in your browser settings. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.

Fonts

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts (Google LLC) and Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry). When your browser downloads the fonts, those providers receive your IP address and browser details, as with any web request.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our business: hosting (Lovable), content delivery and security (Cloudflare), our contact service (Vercel), scheduling (Cal.com), fonts (Google Fonts, Fontshare) and, if you consent, analytics (Google), and where the law requires us to.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and protect it with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and, for people in Israel, the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. If the GDPR applies to you, you also have rights to restriction, portability, and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us first with any concern; Australians can also complain to the OAIC at oaic.gov.au, and people in Israel to the Privacy Protection Authority.

Contact and changes

Email us at leeor@x18global.com, use the contact page, or reach us on LinkedIn. If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a revised date.
